When do monthly Kits and Add-Ons become available?
Monthly Kits and Add-Ons will be available for purchase on the 5th of each month while supplies last. It is important to know that our shopping cart is not "live," and therefore does not automatically keep a count of how many Kits and Add-Ons are sold. The database is updated by hand so in rare instances, members who have made a purchase may find out an item is sold out. We will contact you via e-mail to notify you if this happens.

What is the price of a Kit?
Each month the price will vary and will range between $25-$30 (plus shipping).

Are there sneak peeks of upcoming Kits and how can I see them?
Sneak peeks will be sent out to members who have signed-up to receive the newsletter on the 25th of each month. They will also be posted on the Message Board the same day.

Do you offer Kit subscriptions or Pre-Orders ?
We currently do not offer subscriptions or pre-orders to the Kits. They will be available for purchase on a first come basis.

How do I make a purchase?
Select the "add to cart" button for the product/Kit you wish to purchase. You will be taken to PayPal where you can verify that is the item you want. You can then continue to shop or check out. When you are done shopping and you have selected "proceed to checkout", you will be directed to the payment page where you can choose either PayPal (for existing accounts) or credit card. To pay with an existing PayPal account, simply select "log-in." If you are paying by credit card you'll need to select "continue." PayPal will guide you through the final steps of your purchase.

Are taxes charged to my purchase?
Customers in the State of Virginia will be charged 5% sales tax.

What forms of payment do you accept?
The shopping cart is powered by PayPal which accepts payments through existing PayPal accounts or several types of credit cards. PayPal does not require you to set-up a PayPal account to pay by credit card. When checking out there will be an option to enter the credit card number. All payment information is secure on the PayPal site, we only receive notice that your payment has been made.

What are the shipping charges?
All purchases are shipped U.S. Priority Mail and are determined by postal zone up to $8.50. If the shipping charges exceed $8.50, Citrus Tree Studio will cover the rest with the exception of postal insurance (see What if my order is damaged or lost?). When making your payment, PayPal will determine the appropriate postal zone after you've entered your mailing address. The postage averages to most locations are around $6.80 for one Kit and a few extras. If you are in the Fredericksburg, VA area and would like to avoid shipping charges for your purchases, please e-mail us to make arrangements for pick-up.

What are the Add-On shipping charges?
Most Add-Ons purchased with a Kit do not affect the postal zone rates determined by PayPal. However, if purchasing special items such as a Product Spotlight or a Mini Kit, then extra shipping charges may apply. Citrus Tree Studio will absorb any postal charges that exceed $8.50 with the exception of postal insurance (see What if my order is damaged or lost?).

Do you provide international and APO/FPO shipping?
Unfortunately at this time we do not provide either. However, we do plan to re-address our shipping offerings in early-2009.

When will my purchase ship?
Newly posted Kits and Add-Ons will be shipped within two-three days after the 5th of each month. Purchases made during the rest of the month will ship within one-two days of payment.

What if my order is damaged or lost?
All purchases are put into plastic ziploc bags prior to packing to help eliminate movement and to keep out moisture. In the event something is damaged, please contact us within a few days of receipt so we may resolve the issue quickly. Please note that we are not responsible for any order once it is in the possession of the U.S. Post Office. If you would like to purchase postal insurance, please e-mail us as soon as your order is placed so we may add the additional cost.

What is the return policy?
All sales are final. To avoid disappointment, please be sure to review the list of Kit contents and item descriptions carefully and refer to the photos provided.
