As soon as I opened the box with the January kit in it, I knew I scored. I’m the mom of three boys and sports are what we do. Whether it be football, basketball, baseball or soccer, the SEI I’m an Athlete line is perfect for scrapping all sports photos. Here are my first two projects using the Citrus Tree Studio January Kit:
On this layout, I added the Ranger Crackle Glaze to the #3 and it curled the number a little bit as it dried. I wasn’t expecting that to happen but I really like the interest it adds to the layout so I didn’t replace it. The baseball chipboard piece is from my own stash.
For this next layout, I used an older picture of my middle son Tanner that I hadn’t scrapped before. It’s a team shot from 2008 when he was playing Varsity football. I just love this photo of the entire group of boys.
I altered the large chipboard alphas with paint and once dry, covered them with Ranger Glossy Accents. Love how they turned out! Once again, the chipboard pieces are from my own stash.
I will reveal the rest of my projects on January 25th so stay tuned and thanks for stopping by!
